Student Driver signs for CDL school trucks and trailers
The sign every training truck needs: your school name, phone and logo above a yellow STUDENT DRIVER band. Printed on heavy .080 aluminum with drilled corners for trailer doors, or as a 30 mil magnet for cab doors that rotate between trucks. Previewed on a trailer door before you order.
Student Driver signs, straight answers.
Aluminum or magnet?
Aluminum for anything that stays: trailer doors, the back of a straight truck. It's .080 inch, rust-proof, and bolts or rivets through the corner holes. Magnets for cab doors and trucks that rotate between schools or get sold; they pull off in a second and leave nothing behind. Many schools run aluminum on the trailer and a magnet on the tractor door.
How do I mount the aluminum sign?
Four 3/8 inch holes, one in each corner, an inch in. Use stainless bolts with washers, or pop rivets on a trailer door. Rounded corners, so nothing snags.
Can I order for a whole fleet?
Yes. Set the quantity for all your trailers and tractors. 5 or more get 10% off, 10 or more 15%, and every sign is identical. If your units need different text, save one, then repeat with the changes.
Is Student Driver required?
No federal rule requires it, but most schools run it because it changes how other drivers act around a training truck, and some state programs and insurers expect it. The band text is up to you.
